Afte r I understood how to "port forward" the correct port numbers, my system was able to be viewed remotely. This was a little bit of an issue because Xfinity/Comcast has a different way of setting port forwarding. There is a difference to the setup between viewing your system within your home and out on public wifi. After downloading the remote viewing app's to my iPhone, my iPad and my Macbook pro.
